Subscription Status Audit

Compare every subscription's expected on/off status against the actual status in the portal, with start and stop dates for visual control. Checks each MAC individually against the portal (paced to stay under the portal's rate limit), so it is slower but accurate - this can take a while for a large number of subscriptions.
