How to use the IPTV Dealers portal.

Dealer portal guide: The options visible to you depend on your dealer level and permissions. Items under Admin are for authorized administrators.

Getting started

You need the portal address supplied by administration, your new account email and password, and enough credits for the subscription operation you want to perform. Use a current version of a modern browser.

  1. Open the portal login page.
  2. Enter your new account email address and password.
  3. Select Sign in.
  4. After a successful login, the Dealer Dashboard opens.

First login for a legacy dealer

When legacy login is enabled, enter the old username and password in Legacy access, then select Verify old account. Complete the form with your full name, accessible email address, and a new password. Select Update account, then sign in with the new email and password.

When legacy login is disabled, contact administration at sales@iptvdealers.com and include your old dealer number.

Passwords require at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character.

Portal layout

The header shows your logged-in account, Logout, the menu button, and account options. If you are temporarily working as a subordinate dealer, it also shows Return to my account.

The sidebar contains Dealer Dashboard, Subscriptions, Clients, Dealers, Credits, Messages, and the authorized Admin section.

Quick search

Use the sidebar quick search to find subscriptions by MAC address, subscription ID, client name, or supported client details. Select a result to open it.

Dealer Dashboard

The dashboard is the starting point after login. It can show active subscriptions, subscriptions switching off within 7 days, your total credit balance, and estimated credits needed for the next 30 days.

The lower section lists subscriptions switching off soon. Open a row to review or update it. The subscription history chart shows the recent active-subscription trend for your available scope. Important notices can appear at the top of the dashboard.

Clients

Clients are the people or organizations to whom subscriptions are assigned. Create the client record first when one client will have more than one subscription.

View and search clients

  1. Open Clients > List All.
  2. Search by client name, email, phone, dealer ID, or remarks.
  3. Use the row action to open or edit a client.
  4. Use Previous and Next for additional pages.

Create or update a client

Open Clients > Create New, enter the required client name, select the responsible dealer when available, and add email, phone, address, and remarks. Select Create. To edit, open the client row, change the details, and select Update.

Use remarks for operational notes only. Do not store passwords or other sensitive credentials there.

Subscriptions

Open Subscriptions > List All to search by MAC address, subscription ID, or client name. The list shows active state, client, MAC, app access, switch-on date, switch-off date, and dealer.

Add a subscription to an existing client

  1. Open Subscriptions > Add other subscription to client.
  2. Search for and select the correct client.
  3. Enter the subscription details below.
  4. Select the required packages and add an optional remark.
  5. Select Create and wait for the result.

Create a client and subscription together

  1. Open Subscriptions > Create subscription for new client.
  2. Enter the client name and optional contact details.
  3. Complete the subscription details and packages.
  4. Select Create Client + Subscription.

Subscription details

  • MAC address: Enter all six two-character segments, such as AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF. Use Test MAC to run the portal check. Use Clear to remove it. Removing an existing MAC requires confirmation.
  • Dates: Set the switch-on and switch-off dates. Quick presets add 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. You can also switch off today. Check the final dates after using a preset.
  • App Access: Turn it on only when required. App usernames need at least 8 characters with uppercase and lowercase letters. App passwords need at least 8 characters with letters, numbers, and a special character.
  • Packages: Select only the packages the client should receive. Availability is configured by administration.
  • Remarks: Add short operational notes, never passwords or payment details.

Update or delete a subscription

Open a subscription from the list or quick search, then select the update action. Review the client, dates, MAC, packages, app access, and remarks before selecting Update. If permitted, Move subscription to transfers ownership to another dealer in your scope.

Deletion is permanent and requires typing DELETE to confirm. Check the record carefully before confirming.

Subordinate dealers

This area is available to accounts that can manage child dealers.

Create a dealer

  1. Open Dealers > Create dealer to create a new child dealer with its own dealer ID, users, subscriptions, and credits.
  2. Open Dealers > Create a second login to add another username and password for the currently active dealer.
  3. Enter the full name, valid email, password, and password confirmation.
  4. Select Create dealer.
  5. Send the login details through a secure channel.

Work as a subordinate dealer

Open Dealers > List All, find the dealer, and use the switch action when available. Confirm the switch. The header identifies the active dealer. Select Return to my account when finished so future work is performed in the correct account.

Credits

Credits are used for subscription operations according to the service rules configured by administration.

Transfer credits

  1. Open Credits > Transfer.
  2. Select the source and target dealers.
  3. Enter a positive whole-number amount and an optional note.
  4. Review the balances, then select Transfer Credits.

Transfers are limited to your permitted dealer hierarchy. Confirm the source, target, and amount before submitting.

Review credit history

Open Credits > History to review date, direction, amount, ending balance, note, related subscription, and related dealer for recent movements.

Messages

Open Messages to read current service and administration notices. Important messages can also appear on the dashboard. Read notices before creating or changing subscriptions.

Account controls

Change your password

  1. Open the header menu and select Change my password.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter and confirm the new password.
  4. Select Change password.

Select Logout when you finish, especially on a shared computer. The header menu also contains the light/dark display mode switch.

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot sign in: Use the new account email. Legacy users should use the legacy verification flow once when enabled. Otherwise contact administration with your dealer ID or old dealer number.
  • Missing menu item: The option may require a different dealer level or permission. Contact administration.
  • Missing client or subscription: Clear the search, check your active dealer identity, and confirm the record is in your permitted scope.
  • Subscription will not save: Check MAC format, client, dates, packages, app credentials, and credits. Record the exact error for administration.
  • Credit transfer fails: Check the dealer hierarchy, positive whole-number amount, and source balance. Check history before resubmitting.
  • Submission appears stuck: Wait for the result message. If needed, refresh once and check the subscription list and credit history before trying again.

Security

  • Never share your account password or app credentials.
  • Confirm MAC addresses, target dealers, dates, and credit amounts before saving.
  • Do not store passwords, payment details, or secret credentials in remarks.
  • Use a trusted device and the official portal address.
  • Log out after use and report suspicious activity or incorrect balances to administration.

When contacting administration, include your dealer ID, account email, client or subscription reference, attempted action, approximate time, and exact error. Never include a password.
